Day Trips:
- Water and a dish. Carry water for both you and your dog
- First Aid kit with supplies for both you and your dog
- Dog food and or snack
- Dog sweater or emergency blanket
- Proof of vaccination. Proff of rabies vaccination
Over Night:
- Tie-outs chain or rope
- Bug spray or bug repellent
- Something to use to clean up after your dog. A hand towel in a plastic bag
- Meals for your dog
- A spray bottle
First Aid
- An old Sock
- Dog Booties
- Duct Tape
- 4 inch square roll bandages
- Cling type roll bandages
- Pain reliever: Aspirin; buffered or baby aspirin or ascription. Note the amount depends on the size of your dog. See your vet for a proper dosage.
- Steri-strips
- Disposable razor
- Antiseptic Solutions such as Betadine
- A tweezer or small needle nose pliers
- A leg from a pair of panty hose will make an instant muzzle
